Dr. Peter L. French, professor of Africana and recently retired Associate Vice President and Dean for Academic Affairs at USF Sarasota-Manatee, will discuss the stark contrast between the slaughter in Kenya that followed Africa’s national elections in December and the current elections process in the United States.
